The Fox River Remodeling Co. LLC rule for painting:
"If it's not being painted, DON'T put paint on it!"
This dining room needed to have the wallpaper removed of the upper two-thirds of the walls. Then the walls were washed, prepped/patched, primed and painted three coats of a deep red/burgundy color. Keeping the chair rail, lower walls, carpet, crown molding and door/window casing clean and white, is just part of doing a good job. Fox River Remodeling does much wallpaper removal and repainting of interiors. Anybody can slap paint on the wall, even over old wallpaper, but a professional painter does it well and fast. Sparing everything else around.

This large quad level twelve year old Arts & Crafts Style home was a full interior repaint project completed in just four days to prepare it for sale. The walls and ceilings are skip trowel plaster. The wood trim throughout is dark stained quarter sawn oak, and great care and precautions are taken to ensure that paint is applied to the walls and ceiling not the trim, or flooring, or cabinetry, or appliances, or anything that isn't being painted--right?
