Recent Finished Basement Project
Builder quality and excellence!
This project included everything as you can see, from a bare concrete basement to move-in ready finish. Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall w/skip trowel finish, Insulation, Soundproofing, Painting, Fixtures, Millwork, Carpeting, Luxury Vinyl flooring w/in-floor heat, Shower door, Vanity etc. Soundproofing included an offset/staggered stud wall with insulation and the ceiling was double sheet rocked using green glue, plus batt insulation installed between the joists.
Fox River Remodeling LLC was the General Contractor for this project in North Appleton, as with all projects. The plumbing installation was done by Watters Plumbing and electrical by Bell Electric. Plumbing and Electrical were the only work subbed to other contractors, all of the other work performed was done in-house.
